Chambers Restaurant sets the culinary stage for delightful, natural cuisine with an international influence. The Chef presents creative and beautifully arranged à la carte dishes as well as serving some sumptuous seafood, delighting guests and locals alike. The Chef’s signature dish, Paradise of the Sea has become somewhat of a local legend.

From early morning our guests are invited to enjoy a tempting breakfast menu while reading the morning newspaper. For much of the remainder of the day and evening the restaurant enjoys the popularity of local people coming and going from nearby offices and shops, whether for a business lunch, to meet friends after work or for dinner, or for an evening cocktail or wine at the adjoining Churchill’s Champagne Bar & Snug, or in the private lounge for a peaceful port, brandy or liqueur.
